{"id":1563,"date":"2021-12-13T09:32:14","date_gmt":"2021-12-13T08:32:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.spundbohle.at\/produkt\/melavill-plus\/"},"modified":"2024-09-10T09:54:30","modified_gmt":"2024-09-10T07:54:30","slug":"melavill-plus","status":"publish","type":"cpt_products","link":"https:\/\/www.spundbohle.at\/en\/produkt\/melavill-plus\/","title":{"rendered":"Melavill Plus<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4>The Product<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Melavill Plus<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> is a special additive for improving the viscosity of the interlock seal Melavill<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> at cold temperatures.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Product characteristics<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Melavill Plus<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> is a solid aggregate (granulate &#8211; fine to coarse) of the hot-workable, hardened potting compound Melavill<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> The improved product properties of Melavill<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> have a positive effect on the workability at cold temperatures and improve the lubricity for driving the sheet piling elements.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Application and Processing<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Melavill Plus<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> is added directly to the interlock seal Melavill<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>, which is heated in the indirectly heated stirring boiler for max. 200 \u00b0 C., added in small amounts and stirred homogeneously with the potting compound.
