Construction of a residential complex in Erpfendorf-Mitte, Tyrol. A total of 20 owner-occupied and 8 rental flats, a café and an office as well as a crèche, which was acquired by the municipality, are being built in three building sections on the site of the former ‘Alpenrose’ inn.
